Digital Marketing Coordinator

(Full Time Position)

Real Estate Institute seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role helping the company to further develop its digital marketing engine.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator works with the marketing team and academic division leaders to understand the markets served, the competitive landscape, and opportunities to achieve our student enrollment goals. This position offers an opportunity to coordinate and implement a wide range of digital marketing initiatives.  Our ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include marketing automation implementation and data management. The Digital Marketing Coordinator drives ongoing digital marketing operations, such as campaign and promotion management, social media maintenance, social media campaign strategy, reporting and analytics.

Director of Marketing

(Full Time Position)

Are you looking to be a part of something big and make an immediate impact?  The Director of Marketing serves in a critical leadership role supporting all aspects of Real Estate Institute’s marketing operations.  This opportunity will allow a qualified candidate to apply their diverse experience in a leadership role that directly impacts many areas of our growing company.  Our high-quality course programs are targeted at customers who work (or seek to begin work) in real estate, mortgage, insurance, and other licensed professions. 

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the company’s B-to-C and B-to-B marketing channels, working closely with our management team to research, plan, and execute as necessary to achieve strategic objectives and business growth goals.  The Director supervises the marketing staff, develops annual marketing budgets, and generally helps to ensure that the company is positioned for growth and success.  The candidate we select must have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully collaborate with colleagues, partners, and strategic clients.

Event Facilitator

(Part Time Position)

Real Estate Institute seeks a part-time Event Facilitator to provide in-person and virtual support for adult students attending a class or proctored examination. These students must complete courses to satisfy professional licensing requirements. Our customers work (or seek to begin work) in real estate, mortgage, insurance, and legal professions.

Classes and examinations are held throughout the Chicagoland area and this position will be required to travel the majority of the time. Hours vary by week; most weeks require 5 – 29 hours of work. Your schedule will be set months in advance, but in the unusual circumstance that an unexpected scheduling issue may arise, you may be called upon to see if you can fill in.  In addition to weekday business hours, we’re seeking candidates who have some flexibility with evening and weekend availability as well.

During class, there will be some downtime when you can read, study or use your time in other ways while remaining available to our students. As such, this position may be ideal for a partially or fully retired person or college student attending nighttime or online classes.

Events Coordinator

(Full Time Position)

Real Estate Institute seeks a full time Events Coordinator to provide dedicated support in the administration and delivery of the various live and online educational programs.  Our customers work (or seek to begin work) in real estate, mortgage, insurance, and legal professions.  We provide high-quality course programs and service.  As the Events Coordinator, you will play an integral role to ensure these programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Manager of Real Estate Education

(Full Time Position)

Real Estate Institute seeks a full-time Manager of Real Estate Education.   This is a unique opportunity to join the management team at Illinois’ largest and most successful real estate school.  In this role, you will combine your experience in the profession, subject matter expertise, and passion for helping others achieve their goals.  

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and maintain course curriculum, which includes written materials, presentation materials, examinations, and instructor guides.
  • From time to time, instruct live classroom and online/webinar programs that are focused on state exam preparation and continuing education.
  • Recruit, train and manage a team of instructors who teach live programs and provide additional support to students outside of scheduled classes.
  • Continually monitor program performance, making incremental changes that improve student outcomes.

Required skills and experience:

  • Must be a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker or Managing Broker with at least five years of practical experience. 
  • Must be a licensed Illinois Real Estate Pre-License Instructor.
