How do I log into my account on Aceable Insurance?
If you have enrolled before February 27 and have current in-progress course(s), you can access your account by logging in at app.aceable.com
- To log in, use the e-mail address tied to your last course purchase. Your e-mail address is now your username.
- Your password is the same as the one you used on Real Estate Institute at the time of enrollment.

What will happen to my course progress if I'm enrolled at Real Estate Institute?
Any students with an in progress course registration are encouraged to finish their coursework on Real Estate Institute's platform by Tuesday, March 4th. If courses are not complete by this date, students will need to log into Aceable's platform to access and complete their course(s) using the e-mail address that they originally registered with along with their existing password for Real Estate Institute's student portal.
Will I need to create a new student account?
All NEW enrollments will require a new account on the Aceable Insurance platform, and will be created automatically upon purchase of a course.
If you have an existing account with a course currently in progress, you should have received login instructions via email.
If you have current in-progress course(s), you can access your account by logging in at app.aceable.com

How do I access a completed course or certificates of completion?
Any students who need a certificate of completion for courses completed prior to March 4th, 2025 will need to contact our Student Concierge by e-mail at InsuranceHelp@aceable.com or call/text (800) 289-4310.
