This easy-to-understand course introduces students to property management fundamentals. Students will become familiar with the vocabulary, concepts, and responsibilities often associated with day-to-day property management operations.

Students will:
- Become familiar with basic skills and vocabulary used by property managers.
- Learn basic accounting principles and formulas used by property managers.
- Develop working knowledge about types of residential and commercial leases and common provisions included in leases.
- Learn about facilities management and maintenance considerations.
- Understand the most important aspects of landlord-tenant relationships.
