  • 30 Credit-Hour Self-Study Course:  Students begin this program with this mandatory Managing Broker Pre-License Topics course.  Complete this straightforward course at your own pace - anywhere, anytime.  Along the way, students use our ExamPro online assessment system to complete assignments and lesson exams.
  • 15 Credit Hours of Interactive Webinars:  The second part of this program, the Managing Broker Pre-License Applied Management and Supervision course, allows you to engage with others as you practice and apply scenarios that reinforce key concepts. Our live webinars are led by experienced real estate brokers and state-licensed instructors.

Instructor assistance is one of the most important aspects of your course. Students are encouraged to contact Real Estate Institute for one-on-one support from an experienced instructor.
