This discount package satisfies your 45 credit-hour requirement to obtain an Illinois managing broker license. Upon completing this program, you will be eligible for the state license examination.

To qualify for a managing broker license, Illinois requires that you have held a valid broker license and practiced for at least two of the past three years.

About This Package

Real Estate Institute's 45 credit-hour discount package includes:

  • 30 Credit-Hour Self-Study Course:  Students begin this program with this mandatory Managing Broker Pre-License Topics course.  Complete this straightforward course at your own pace - anywhere, anytime.  Along the way, students use our ExamPro online assessment system to complete assignments and lesson exams.
  • 15 Credit Hours of Interactive Webinars:  The second part of this program, the Managing Broker Pre-License Applied Management and Supervision course, allows you to engage with others as you practice and apply scenarios that reinforce key concepts. Our live webinars are led by experienced real estate brokers and state-licensed instructors.
  • PLUS License Exam Preparation:  You will have access to additional content designed to help Managing Broker exam candidates better prepare to pass the state license exam. The national portion of the license exam includes topics that the IDFPR does not require you to study in a Managing Broker pre-license program.  These bonus materials include:
    • PrepAgent videos to streamline your review of key concepts.
    • 600+ practice questions.
    • Comprehensive readiness assessments (full-length practice exams).

Instructor assistance is one of the most important aspects of your course. Students are encouraged to contact Real Estate Institute for one-on-one support from an experienced instructor. Instructors answer your questions, provide individualized feedback, and offer "real-world" examples to reinforce course concepts that are likely to appear on the course and state license examinations.

Notes:

  1. The Managing Broker Pre-License Topics coursework must be completed before attending the live Applied webinars.
  2. Upon enrollment, you will receive immediate online access to online course materials, including everything you need to get started.
