About This Program

Real Estate Institute's State License Exam Preparation for Illinois Managing Brokers includes access to important resources that help Managing Broker exam candidates better prepare to pass the license exam.  The national portion of the license exam includes topics that the IDFPR does not require you to study in a Managing Broker pre-license program.  This program includes materials that are not included in most "basic" pre-license programs:

    • PrepAgent videos that help you streamline your review of key concepts.
    • 600+ online practice questions.
    • Comprehensive readiness assessments (full-length exams).  Use these to know how well prepared you are to pass the national and Illinois state portion of the PSI license exam.

  1. This program offers test prep only.  Before taking the license exam, Managing Broker candidates must complete a 45-credit-hour pre-license education program before taking the license exam.
