Renewing Your License with the Florida DBPR

You should only renew your license after completing all of your education requirements.

Real Estate Institute cannot accept renewal fees on behalf of the regulator, nor can we provide technical support through the license renewal process.

• Apply and Pay Online - Log in to the DBPR Online Services website to get started.

• Apply by Mail - Licensees may also renew by mail by sending their renewal notice and fee to:
