Renewing Your License with the IDFPR
You should only renew your license after completing all of your education requirements.
Real Estate Institute cannot accept renewal fees on behalf of the IDFPR, nor can we provide technical support through the license renewal process.
License renewals are only accepted and processed by the IDFPR up to 90 days before your license expiration. The IDFPR only sends renewal notices via email (using the address you provided).
- Apply and Pay Online - To get started, click here to view the list of professions currently permitted to renew online. Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or ACH debit. If your profession is listed, click the link to the new IDFPR Online Services Portal, where you may renew the license.
